During an exclusive interview with Boy Abunda, veteran actress Sylvia Sanchez told how much she appreciates Maine Mendoza’s effort to stand by her son despite the numerous criticisms thrown at her, given her current stature in the world of show business. According to Sylvia, her son Arjo likes Maine because they understand each other and she could make him laugh in so many ways. She also declared that her son really loves the “Yaya dub” celebrity. In fact, he fought for his love for her despite widespread criticisms from “Aldub” fans after revealing to the public that they are exclusively dating. The proud mom even said that Arjo personally visited Maine Mendoza at her house in Santa Maria to declare that he is officially courting her. Maine even revealed in an interview that Arjo is the first guy she introduced to her parents. Although she haven’t personally met Maine Mendoza because of their busy schedules, she is looking forward to meeting her. She left a message for her and said that even though she is at the peak of her career and people are bashing her for fearlessly affirming her relationship status with Atayde, Sylvia thanked her for stepping up and fighting for her son. Despite these challenges and obstacles presented to the love birds, they are still happy together as if they are “bulletproof”. This is one of the reasons why Sylvia is certain that they are crazily in love with each other.
