BREAKING – Feel the Power as “Superman” Henry Cavill Comes to Manila

Superman is taking Manila by storm and his presence is expected to be ever so powerful. Yes, you hear that right! The face behind the man of steel, Henry Cavill is coming to the Philippines! The British actor is going to visit our country to promote his upcoming Netflix series, “The Witcher”, together with Lauren Schmidt Hissrich, Anya Chalotra, and Freya Allan. Henry will be portraying the role of monster hunter Geralt of Rivia.

Don’t miss his fan meet at the Ayala Malls Manila Bay Activity Center in Paranaque City on December 12 at 5 in the afternoon as access will be strictly in a first come, first served basis due to limited available space that will surely be crowded by Superman fans. If you come early, you may be entitled to an exclusive “The Witcher Swag” as well as a chance to see the first episode of the series, which will debut on December 20. Expect an exciting night as a photo booth dressed up in “The Witcher” symbols and accessories will be open to the public, starting on the 10th of December until the 13th from 11 in the morning till 9 in the evening.

Henry Cavill’s newest project is based on Andrzej Sapkowski’s best selling fantasy book series, “The Witcher”. The story evolves around three unique individuals in the world called “The Continent”, where elves, gnomes, monsters, witchers and humans fight against each other in order to survive. Shooting for the show’s first season is already complete; in fact Netflix has officially announced just recently that fans and viewers can now expect a second season if they watch the first as production will commence early in 2020 to be debuted the following year.

Henry Cavill is a world renowned multitalented and ever handsome British actor who started his career in acting in blockbuster movie “The Count of Monte Cristo” in 2002. He also starred in several supporting roles such as “The Tudors” and “The Inspector Lynley Mysteries”. The thirty six year old actor’s entry to stardom started when he starred as DC Extended Universe’ Superman in several DC films such as “Man of Steel” in 2013, “Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice” in 2016, and “Justice League” in 2017.
