Iñigo Pascual is now living one of his childhood dreams. The 22-year-old actor, singer-songwriter, and son of actor Piolo Pascual had the opportunity to perform at the NBA game last Monday, November 18. Iñigo’s once in a lifetime performance happened at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, CA, where he was invited to perform his songs at the halftime show during the Los Angeles Clippers and Oklahoma City Thunder game. His performance is part of the Filipino heritage night.
Last week, the young singer tweeted about his upcoming performance and for him, it was a dream come true, “Performing at the Staples Center on the 18th for the Clippers Halftime Show If only I could talk to my younger self and tell him that it would one day happen… I used to pass by Staples Center coming from the airport and I would always say “1 day, I’ll be performing in there” he wrote. Iñigo sang his famous hit single “Dahil Sa ‘Yo,” and his latest track entitled “Catching Feelings” where in the music video was released during the show.

The singer-actor is making his name in the music industry by collaborating with international artists like Fia a Hawaiian artist as they created an island version of Iñigo’s “Catching Feelings.” The American singer, producer and YouTube sensation Alex Aiono also collaborated with Iñigo for the song “Work in the Middle,” mashup of “One Dance” and “Hasta Al Mancer.” He also collaborated with Chinese-Australian YouTuber Wengie for the music video of “Mr. Nice Guy” wherein you can listen to both Taglish and English version of the song. Iñigo also made his rendition of “Remember Me,” the original soundtrack of “Coco” a Disney movie. Way to go Iñigo, congratulations!
