Twenty six year old half Australian actor, singer, songwriter, recording artist, dancer, model, record producer, and CEO James Reid have been making waves on national television since he entered the “Big Brother’s House” last 2010 in its Teen Clash edition. James was named the “Big Winner” and this is where his story began. The young and multitalented celebrity’s entry to stardom didn’t seem so difficult because of his good looks and oozing charisma. Since then, James was featured in movies here and there: from “Diary ng Panget” to “Hopeless Romantic” and “Till I Met You”. Apart from his talents in acting, this handsome guy is also musically inclined. In fact, he has already released a total of three albums since 2013 under his own record label, Careless Music Manila. James also built his own management company, “Reid Entertainment Inc.”
Just a few nights ago, James was featured as a special guest in an exclusive interview at famous late night talk show “Tonight With Boy Abunda”. In the segment, Tito Boy showed flash cards showing photos of several local female celebrities such as Yassi Pressman, Kathryn Bernardo, Liza Soberano, and Julia Barretto. James was asked to answer either “Games Reid” or “Games Over Reid” as to whether he is willing to work with the said girls. The former means “okay” while the latter is a “no”. The young and talented actor’s answer to the first three actresses was “Games Reid” or “Okay” while he said “Games Over” or “no” to Julia Barretto. When asked why, James answered, “I have no problem with her at all. It’s just that there’s too much noise [when it comes to fans]. Let’s make life easy.”
The next set of flash cards were photos of local actors such as Joshua Garcia, Arjo Atayde, Coco Martin, Daniel Padilla, and Gerald Anderson. James was asked to again answer “yes” or “no” as to whether he’d give a thumbs up for each leading man if given a chance to work with his beloved girlfriend Nadine Lustre. He expressed his adoration to Arjo, whom he described as an amazing actor. However, he was “iffy” when Coco Martin’s photo was shown, but acknowledged that Nadine has always dreamt to do action movies and it would be cool if it would be with Coco Martin.
