Who doesn’t want Nutella for breakfast? I mean, the thought of chocolate for breakfast can easily perk you up, especially the chocolate brand Nutella, everyone’s favorite chocolate. And we Filipino’s cannot start the day without taking the important meal, breakfast. Good thing Nutella, a brand of sweetened hazelnut cocoa spread manufactured by Ferrero, is made available for us Filipinos in the form of an all-day breakfast truck.
We are so lucky that the Nutella truck’s first stop on its Southeast Asian tour is in the Philippines. They will introduce a range of breakfast recipes like Nutella with pancakes, croissants, and they will incorporate local food that is unique in our country, the pandesal. The original taste of Nutella spread on pandesal? YUM! You can also choose a variety of all-day breakfast menu for a unique experience of eating your breakfast crafted by Nutella.
According to Cheryl Que, the cluster brand head of Nutella, “Our mission is to inspire Filipino families to start their day happy with a bit of taste of Nutella. We see a lot of growth potential here in the Philippines, because of the growing breakfast culture among Filipinos. There’s heightened enthusiasm and appreciation about the fusion of global and local flavors so we see an opportunity to become a part of it,” she expressed.
Meanwhile, Fabrizio Barbin the Ferrero Sales Manager voiced his excitement for Filipinos to try the unique breakfast experience,“We are happy to be present here in the Philippines and aim to become a part of the delightful Filipino All-Day breakfast culture. Our products are present and sold in more than 160 countries and most of them, like Nutella, have become part of the collective memory and lifestyles of many countries where they are truly loved and often considered as cultural icons”
