OPM Bands will join Janine Gutierrez and Paulo Avelino’s Upcoming Movie

Another promising pair from rival networks will soon take over big screens as Kapuso star Janine Gutierrez and Kapamilya star Paulo Avelino will team up for the first time for the upcoming film “If We Don’t Make It.” The said film is under the production of T-Rex Entertainment.

T-Rex production shared photos of the look test for the film through their Instagram, and just by looking at the photos, we can’t deny the overflowing chemistry of these two. A good sign that this film will be a great one. Janine’s recent movie is “Babae at Baril” where she won the Best Actress Award at the 2019 QCinema Film Festival. Meanwhile, Paulo’s portrayal as Goyo for the Historic Philippine film “Goyo: Ang Batang Heneral” is the most popular.

Janine will play the role of AM, an enthusiastic music producer and Paulo as Harold whose life will change through music. AM and Harold will meet in college with different views according to T-Rex entertainment. “It’s a story about two people who are more than friends but less than lovers. Coming soon!” T-Rex entertainment added.

On the other hand, T-Rex announced through their Instagram that there are OPM bands who will join the production. They shared photos of Janine and Paulo with Typecast, the band who popularized the song “Will You Ever Learn” and Bandang Shirley who is known for the songs “Umaapaw”, “Nakauwi Na” and “Maginhawa.”

“If We Don’t Make It” is written by Jen Chuaunsu and directed by Prime Cruz. The release date for the film has not yet disclosed as of this writing. So, stay tuned for more updates!
