Are you currently sat in the middle of EDSA experiencing heavy traffic after a long day at work? Since there is perhaps absolutely nothing you could do but to sit and wait until your foot steps on the pedal, it would be better to simply relax and tune in to MOR 101.9 Manila – the number one FM radio station in Metro Manila, Mega Manila and in the whole country according to KBP Radio Research Council. Listen to your favorite playlist in the afternoon as DJ Eva Ronda makes your day complete due to various celebrity and personality guestings in her radio program as she plays “Playlist Pa MORe” from 2 in the afternoon until 6 in the evening.

In fact, just recently, a phenomenal celebrity served as guest in her show. Guess who? (drum roll please!) It’s no other than the popular “Isa Pa With Feelings” star, the Dub smash Queen herself, Maine Mendoza. During her interview, the famous celebrity was warmly welcomed by DJ Eva together with the rest of the MOR staff. Maine shared that her latest movie is about two people who hardly understand each other but eventually made things work from a friendship that blossomed into a beautiful romance. Maine played the character of “Mara” who was burdened by the pressure of carrying a lot of expectations from others. “Si Mara ang daming taong nag-eexpect sa kanya. Kasi siya yung tipong tao nag-eexcel sa school, sa trabaho,” Maine shared. When asked how she found the role, the multi-talented actress answered, “Nakaka-pressure kasi siyempre kailangan ma-iconnect mo yung character ni Mara kay Maine para maka-help din sa’yo na makahugot or para mas maramdaman mo yung nararamdaman ni Mara.”

In contrast to herself however, Maine finds herself as the opposite of Mara in terms of “pag-ibig”. Maine described herself as “low key” when it comes to expressing her love to the person she loves most. The “Isa Pa with Feelings” lead star stated that among the five languages of love, hers is “gift giving”, “quality time”, “physical touch”, and “words of affirmation.”
